This group will utilize Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) which is an evidenced based treatment for anxiety and is based on the idea that thoughts and behaviors affect the way we feel. Group members can share their experiences and challenges, which can help them feel less alone and know that others understand what having anxiety is like. This group will be facilitated by a Licensed clinical Counselor.
